Custom Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you after you place your order. Because each item is created just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that are made to your specifications and are in perfect condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at bluemagicvibes@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
For damaged or defective items, you may exchange the product for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
To report a damaged or defective item, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before the item ships.
Processing Time
Once we receive your claim, we will review it and notify you of our decision within 2-5 business days. If approved, your replacement or exchange will be processed and shipped, or your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
